1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Clipdget application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

Clipdget may be used for personal or professional purposes. Your purchase and license are also subject to the applicable Mac App Store and Apple Media Services terms.

You are responsible for the snippets, commands, templates, and other content you store or run through the App. You agree not to use Clipdget for an unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm another person or system.

3. Privacy and Data

Clipdget does not collect personal data. Your library is stored locally by default. If you enable iCloud sync, Apple's iCloud service stores and synchronizes your library through your private Apple Account. Please read our Privacy Policy for complete details.

4. Optional Services and Permissions

iCloud sync depends on the availability and operation of Apple's services. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted synchronization or recover data that is unavailable from your Mac or Apple Account.

macOS Accessibility permission is optional and is only required for Clipdget's direct-paste action. Copying snippets and the rest of the App remain available without this permission.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, logo, design, and features, are the exclusive property of Clipdget and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clipdget shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Clipdget operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
